The ESTAS is the biggest customer feedback award scheme for property professionals in the UK & Northern Ireland.

The ESTAS are powered by their online customer review platform, which enables property professionals to demonstrate the customer service standards they deliver for their clients. ESTAS reviews can only be completed at the end of the transaction and a strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine. This year’s shortlist has been calculated following the evaluation of 47,000 client reviews.

The shortlist was determined purely on the feedback received from a record 7,500 agents who used each supplier’s services during 2019. Here are just some of the ones Spectre received:

The ESTAS Supplier Awards which are sponsored by Kerfuffle recognise supplier firms who have delivered the best customer experience to their respective agency clients in 2019. Simon Whale Founder of Kerfuffle said “With so many suppliers in the property sector, all claiming to deliver the best products and services it’s almost impossible for agencies to make informed decisions about who they should be using. Kerfuffle, like ESTAS is committed to recognising those that are really delivering."
Now in their 10th year, the supplier categories have become an integral part of the annual ESTAS competition providing a badge of excellence which is instantly recognisable by agents and highlights a supplier’s commitment to quality service.
Simon Brown Founder of the ESTAS Group said “Just like great agents the best suppliers to the industry go out of their way to provide exceptional service to their agency clients and they should be recognised for that. We understand that different types of products and services require different service levels so we highlight ‘Best in Sector’ suppliers as well as the overall Supplier of the Year.” As part of this year’s Supplier category there will also be a special Kerfuffle Supplier Award presented by Simon Whale. This award will be based on a combination of reviews and Kerfuffle’s own Which style audit.
