Filter off-market properties by council tax band
Our users have been requesting the ability to filter off-market properties by council tax bands for a while now. It’s a convenient way to group properties based on their value and type, and agents often use this grouping to send larger campaigns. So now, agents can filter properties by Council Tax Bands (A-H) in Spectre sales for our Off-Market 20:20s and Off-Market Focus feature.
Along with the estimated property value, property size, and property type (to name just a few), the option to filter properties by council tax band is the latest tool to have its origins from agent requests. Our team listens exclusively to agents when adding features to our software. If there’s something that’ll help agents win more instructions, our in-house team will be sure to add it to our filters.
