Spectre Websites. Open to every CRM. Powered by AI.
This release is the biggest step we've taken with Spectre to date. Spectre Websites now syncs with any CRM running a Rightmove-standard property feed, AI Onboarding builds your starter site from your existing brand assets, and the new AI Blog Assistant drafts articles, images and meta tags from inside the builder.
That's joined by a complete rebuild of the 20:20s direct mail flow, custom post automations on Spectre Social, expanded design controls in Email, and a handful of upgrades to your website. Here's everything that's new in Spectre…
Spectre Website updates
Websites that win instructions. Now on any CRM.
Spectre Websites now syncs with any CRM with a Rightmove-standard property feed. Point your feed our way and your listings are instantly live on your site, with no rebuild and no new CRM.

Create expert blogs with Spectre AI.
Spectre's AI Blog Assistant drafts articles, generates images, and writes meta descriptions and alt text. Built directly into the website builder, so publishing happens without a copywriter or developer.

Onboarding, done in hours not weeks.
AI Onboarding generates your starter site from your existing brand assets and content. The hard setup is done before you start editing.

Help your local pages rank higher.
Header tags (H1, H2, H3) tell Google what each part of a page is about. Now you can change the tag on any header in your Spectre site, so your area guides, services pages and About Us are structured the way Google expects — and rank better in local search.
Reorder blogs anytime, no re-uploads.
Change the order of blog posts on your website by amending the publish date — no need to plan the upload order during onboarding or republish anything.
Utility details, surfaced automatically.
A new Utilities section appears on listing pages and pulls automatically from your properties, so the information buyers want is already there when they land on the page.
Spectre Email updates
Replicate journeys without overwriting emails.
When you duplicate an automated journey, you can now choose to copy the emails as well. This means you can edit them freely in the new journey without affecting the originals, keeping both versions fully independent.

On-brand property blocks.
Property blocks now include button roundedness controls, button design options, short descriptions, clickable images, and direct links to the listing on your website.

Every email becomes a sign-up moment.
Add a Subscribe Button to any email so contacts can opt in to your marketing, including from transactional emails, where you reach people who aren't yet on your list.
A guided onboarding to your first email send.
A new onboarding modal walks you through the steps before sending an email, and surfaces exactly what's still left to complete.
Spectre Social updates
Automate your custom posts.
Custom Post Automations let you set up a bespoke design once and schedule it to publish automatically. Design it in the post flow, save it, and let the automation handle the rest.

Property posts that look like your brand.
We've expanded property post templates with new banner designs, a new multi-image layout, and full editing controls. Tweak any design until it feels like yours, then save it as a template to reuse across future listings.

Spectre Direct Mail updates
20:20s, rebuilt from the ground up.
We've rebuilt the 20:20s flow for Sales and Lettings. Pick your collateral up front, configure letter and postcard intervals separately, and let the new 'recently contacted' flag follow the rules you've set.

This fortnight's release lands a new foundation: Spectre Websites is no longer tied to a specific CRM, AI takes the heavy lifting out of building and writing, and direct mail moves onto the same footing as the rest of the product. We'll keep building tools that help you win more instructions.
