Now it's even better at winning the instruction: it always leads with good news, and an AI-written call to action gives each owner their own reason to book a valuation. Your whole database, nurtured. See exactly how your website performs.
Your website analytics now live inside Spectre. No third-party tools, no extra logins. Track visitors, page views and average visit length over any period, see your top pages and most-viewed properties, and find out exactly where your traffic comes from.
Headlines with a hand-crafted finish.
Turn plain website headings into the polished detail you'd expect on a premium agency site. The new Text Highlight tool adds stylised underlines to your headers, curved, wavy, double-line, oval and more. Set the colour and thickness to match your brand.
Spectre Social updates
Seasonal posts, ready to go.
Post for the moments that matter, no design work needed. The first batch is live now, World Cup, Pride, Father's Day, National Friendship Day and Halloween, with more on the way.
Collaborate to grow your reach.
Add up to three Instagram accounts as collaborators and your post appears on their profiles too. Perfect for multiple branch accounts or teaming up with a local business.
Never miss a post going live.
If a scheduled post needs you, the email now shows what it was, where it was going and when it was due. Hit "Open post" to publish it in one click.
Spectre Direct Mail updates
Track the right address in Sent Mail.
For lettings, Sent Mail now shows the rental property address, not just the landlord's correspondence address, so you always know which property a piece of mail relates to. A new tooltip also flags when a property sits outside its sectors.
Pinpoint performance, branch by branch.
Multi-branch agencies can now filter the Successes page by branch. Pick one or more offices from a searchable dropdown and see only the properties, listing prices and impact levels that matter to that office.
Even more targeted direct mail.
Drop just the street name into your copy with the new merge field. "We have a buyer looking on Church Lane" now works across letters and postcards, sales and lettings.
Know which campaign needs your attention.
When a postcard is rejected, the property address of the campaign it came from now appears in both the email alert and your dashboard notification. No digging to work out which one. Go straight to the fix and resend.
