The marketing grind ends now.

Discover a world where estate agency marketing is effortless and extraordinary.

Your brand, sharper. Your follow-ups, automatic.

The last two weeks have been about two things: making agents' marketing look unmistakably premium, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

On the design side, Spectre Websites now gives you bigger, bolder ways to make a statement, and a brand-new Instant Valuation Builder lets you create fully branded valuation pages that look like your agency. On the automation side, a wave of new email triggers means you can reach landlords, tenants and vendors at exactly the right moment, without lifting a finger. Here's everything that's new in Spectre…

Property Reports updates

Build instant valuation pages that match your brand.

The new Instant Valuation Builder lets you create a fully branded, bespoke instant valuation pages. You get far more control over the design, the ability to add sections to tell your agency's story, and the same easy sharing via link or QR code. Your valuation pages build trust. Your brand stays consistent everywhere.

Spectre Website updates

Make a statement from the first scroll.

A new Display typography size sits above Heading 1 as the biggest, boldest option in Spectre Websites. It's built for hero sections and headline moments where you want to grab attention instantly, and reflects the high-end look of premium estate agent sites.

Text that looks sharp on every screen. Typography now scales automatically to the size of the browser window, adapting across mobile, tablet, desktop and every monitor size in between. There's nothing to switch on, your text simply looks its best everywhere.

Guide visitors through every page. Section Labels are small labels that sit above a section title to add context or categorise the section. They make pages easier to scan, free you up to write more creative headlines, and add personality and visual interest.

Spectre Social updates

Put your best reviews front and centre.

You can now post your reviews straight to Instagram and Facebook stories, getting your best feedback in front of followers where they're already looking.

Automate posts for every stage of a sale.

Property automations used to cover only For Sale, To Let and Sold STC. You can now automate posts for Exchanged, Completed, Let Agreed and Price Reduced too so every milestone gets marketed without adding to your workload.

Never double-book your social calendar. When you schedule a social post, Spectre now flags if it clashes with another post going out to the same pages. You spot the overlap before it happens and space your content out properly. Your feed stays balanced. Your scheduling stays under control.

Pick up your automation setup where you left off. If you leave the automation setup before finishing, Spectre now saves your choices so you can carry on from where you stopped. No more starting from scratch. Your progress is safe. Your time is respected.

Spectre Email updates

Automate every stage of a tenancy.

New triggers for tenancy starting, ending and notice being handed in drop landlords and tenants into automated journeys. You set how far in advance they send, and new merge fields keep each email personal.

Keep vendors and landlords in the loop.

Viewing triggers now notify vendors and landlords when a viewing is booked or confirmed at their property, plus there's a new "Viewing Rearranged" trigger for both sales and lettings, reducing manual updates and keeping everyone informed.

New triggers for high-intent moments.

New triggers fire when a valuation report is opened from Street.co.uk, or a memorandum of sale is sent to owner or applicant, so you follow up while interest peaks.

Fill branch emails with the right properties. You can now choose which branch a dynamic property block pulls from, so branch-specific automation emails always show branch-specific properties. Your emails feel local. Your setup stays simple.

Direct mail updates

Turn your landlord data into your next instruction.

The refreshed Landlord page adds a "properties for sale" filter to spot landlords selling up, a sortable "recently contacted" column that doubles as a call list, and one consolidated Landlords page.

Every approval, with full context. Batches awaiting approval now show the audience filters that were applied, and you can click through to any recipient's property.

Image editing, built into postcards. Crop images right inside the postcard editor, once cropped, the ratio locks so nothing stretches, and an amber flag warns if quality's too low to print.

A polished finish on every postcard. A full justify option now spaces text so both edges line up cleanly, ideal for longer blocks like property descriptions and agent bios.

That's this month, sharper websites, branded valuation pages, and a whole new set of automations that keep landlords, tenants and vendors engaged without adding to your to-do list.

We'll keep building tools that help you win more instructions.
