The marketing grind ends now.

Discover a world where estate agency marketing is effortless and extraordinary.

Over the last couple of weeks, our product teams have been busy rolling out improvements across Websites, Social, and Email Marketing – all designed to help you move faster, look more professional, and get more value from your marketing, without adding more work.

Here’s what’s new in Spectre as we head into January.

WEBSITES

Write, manage and schedule blogs in one place.

Blogging is now built into Spectre Websites, so you can create, manage, and schedule posts in one place, making it easy to share market insights and local updates that keep your site fresh and position you as the local expert.

Promote Street.co.uk as your USP, instantly.

Add ready-built Street.co.uk sections to your website that highlight the Client App for vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants. With pre-written copy and a one-click image library, it’s easy to showcase your service, without the extra work.

Show real Google Reviews automatically.

You can now connect your Google Reviews directly to your website. Simply link your Google account, choose exactly which reviews you want to show, and display them instantly, building trust without the manual copy and paste.

Guide visitors straight to your listings.

Choose from three new hero search layouts that draw the eye to your property search, helping your website feel more distinctive and making it easy for buyers to find what they’re looking for from the moment they land.

Choose from new footer designs.

You now have two new footer layout options to choose from, giving you more control over how your site looks and feels right down to the details.

Run multiple brands from one Street.co.uk network.

If you manage more than one brand, you can now filter which properties appear on each website, letting you run multiple Spectre sites from the same Street.co.uk account, each showing only the listings relevant to that brand.

Go live with confidence.

A new go-live checklist helps you catch setup essentials like favicons and DNS before publishing, so you can get your website live faster and with more confidence from day one.

SPECTRE SOCIAL

Apply designs to every image in a post.

When adding a design to a property post, you can now choose to apply it to all images, not just the first one. This is available in the manual posting flow and makes your listings look more consistent across feeds.

A clearer, more powerful posting calendar.

The updated Social dashboard gives you clearer visibility over your content, making it easy to manage drafts, track automated posts, and stay in control, even when posting at scale.

Use Street and Rightmove feeds together.

If you use Street for sales and another CRM for lettings, you can now connect both Street and Rightmove feeds within the same Spectre Social account. Just follow the usual integration steps, no extra setup required.

EMAIL MARKETING

Clearer merge field errors, less guesswork.

When an automation email uses a merge field that can’t be completed, you’ll now see a clear, specific error message explaining exactly what’s wrong and how to fix it. That means faster fixes, fewer support tickets, and more confidence when setting up automations.

And that’s just the start.

Every update in this release is focused on making Spectre easier to use, more powerful, and more joined-up – so you can manage your marketing in one place and spend more time winning business, not juggling tools.

As always, these improvements are live and ready to use now. Keep an eye out for more updates coming soon as we continue building Spectre around the way agents actually work.
