Stop sending visitors off to external hosting sites for documents. Upload everything directly into Websites, from CMP certificates and brochures to area guides, and link them anywhere across your site.
One place to manage your whole team.
A new central CMS for team members means that every Meet the Team section across your site auto-populates, no double keying. Bios can also pop out in a modal for the full story.
Showcase your agency's success.
Now your website can highlight your achievements across all property statuses, Completed, SSTC, and Let Agreed, directly in feature carousels. You can even make it branch-specific, so each page proudly displays the successes of that location.

Instant email updates for property owners. When a property is posted on Spectre Social, you can automatically drop the owner into an email automation. Follow up straight away, let them know their property is live on Instagram, and add a button so they can click straight through to the post.
Find any segment. Instantly. The segment page now has a search bar. Type to find. Done.

A fresh set of sales postcard templates is now available in the Postcard Library, covering both event and time-based triggers, designed to help you stand out and spark new ideas.
Campaign template names in Previously Sent Mail. The campaign template name now shows in Previously Sent Mail so you can identify exactly which campaign was sent, which recipients were included, and what landed in homeowners' hands.
Withdrawal filter on the All Properties page. Filtering for withdrawn properties on the All Properties page now works the same way as fall-through and reduction filters. Targeted prospecting in fewer clicks.
Platform updates
All your Google reviews in one place.
You can now connect more than one Google account to Spectre. If your agency runs multiple profiles or trading names, every review flows in together.
Tidier branch settings. The branch settings UI has been simplified, with new options that help you maintain brand consistency across the whole of Spectre.
Delete landlords directly. Remove a landlord attached to a property from the property page itself. The landlord drops out of the portfolio page automatically. No more support tickets for housekeeping.
