After a mammoth month of updates in our previous blog post, we’ve been keeping our heads down and continuing with the quick pace of developing our software. Keep reading to see how our development team has spent the last two weeks…
Generate more postcards and letters in one go
Targeting properties with off-market campaigns is a sure-fire way to win more stock - especially when agents write to a large area. That’s why we’ve increased the number of postcards and letters that can be generated at once from 500 to 5,000: small team, big dreams.

An easier way to switch between accounts
Many agencies that use Spectre need access to both our Sales and Lettings tools. Following feedback that switching between these two accounts was a little jumpy, we’ve created a new button for the header bar in the system that gives agents the option to swap between accounts. And since we know every agent uses Spectre a little differently, we haven’t added this feature onto every account - meaning agents that do use both Spectre Sales and Lettings can first experiment with this feature to see how they get on.
More accurate tracking of lettings instructions
Last month, we built a brand-new tool that lets agents see if their lettings instruction was generated as a result of a Spectre letter. This month, we’ve made it even better. Our invaluable feature now displays the exact addresses of the successes rather than just a count, and we've moved it to the Lettings Company User page where it will be much more valuable to agents.
It’s safe to say that we’ve hit the ground running in May. Keep an eye out for the next set of developments implemented by our talented team, as we see just how much we can improve Spectre in 2022.
