Our blocklist is now fully active for Sales and Lettings
In our last update, we let you know it was now possible for agents to upload CSV files of properties to their block list - essential for making their outreach even more targeted. In the last two weeks, our team has been busy finalising this new feature, and it’s now active for both Spectre Sales and Spectre Lettings. With the work on our blocklist finished, agents can take full advantage of blocking certain people from receiving mail - and targeting others instead - across our whole suite of marketing tools.
More improvements to our new tool for tracking lettings instructions
A feature so good we keep making it better. Our Market Appraisal Uploader shows agents if their instruction was generated from sending Spectre mail, and since we originally introduced this tool to you a few updates ago, our team has made even more improvements…
- We moved this feature to Lettings Company Users so agents can see how our intelligent tool works not just across branches, but across whole companies.
- We’ve ensured each Lettings success is unique by property and company so accidentally uploading the same instruction twice won’t cause multiple successes.
- Agents can now see the brand (and sometimes even the branch) that won the success - so you can see which marketing materials are making the biggest splash.
New notifications within our Spectre X Street Insights integration
Spectre users get Insights PRO totally free (meaning they can get even more from the game-changing property report platform) and our users have been making one particular request over and over: a notification every time a tracked report is viewed, not just the first time the link is clicked. And just like that, we made it even easier for agents to capture and follow up leads...
