Spectre Lettings now helps you to identify Landlords who own more than one property in your area, allowing you to tailor your content and grow your lettings business faster by focussing your energy in the right places.
Investment Properties
Spectre now identifies properties in your patch that are more likely to be investment properties. This enables you to instantly attach the Landlord name and address via the Land Registry integration and build your database of investment and portfolio landlords.

Spectre offers the UK’s most cost effective Land Registry Integration, allowing you to purchase title deeds at the touch of a button.
Once you upload your landlord data, the Spectre system will cross-reference those details and instantly add the landlord name and correspondence address to the property in your account. This stops you from purchasing the details again, saving you money and time.
Not using Spectre Lettings?
Our software identifies the full addresses of properties currently available for let as well as properties currently tenanted in your area. The results? You now have access to an up-to-date database of your competitors’ lettings properties.
In addition to the full property address, we also share the advertised monthly rental cost, estimated tenancy renewal dates and current and previous lettings agents.
