Using Street Insights to capture leads

This allows the recipient to view an Insights report on the property recently sold in exchange for their details - including name, email, phone number and marketing consent.

But it’s not just postcards where these lead capture campaigns can be used… we’ve seen many agents using links on portal listings too. All you need to do is create a report on the new listing and add that URL to your property description. Motivated buyers will fill in their details to view the property report, and your agency will gain another lead - which you can follow up to arrange a viewing.

It’s a really easy way to capture more leads and increase interest and viewing numbers for each listing with minimal effort.

Using Street Insights to drive sales

Even if an applicant rings your branch directly to enquire about a property, Street Insights’ property reports are still a brilliant tool to help your agents identify serious buyers and drive sales.

Before your agents book an applicant in for a viewing, we suggest sending them a ‘tracked’ report for the property of interest beforehand.
