On 5th November 2024, London’s Evolution in Battersea Park was the place to be for the estate agency industry, with agents, suppliers, and thought leaders gathering for EA Masters 2024.
The theme "Dare to Win" encouraged agents to adopt new strategies and embrace innovative tools. Spectre and our parent company, Street Group, made a memorable impact throughout the day, providing attendees a ride to the venue in our tuk tuks and securing two major awards.

Our leadership also took to the stage. Heather Staff, Co-Founder of Street Group, and Stella Nicol, Head of Operations shared insights on how technology is shaping the future of estate agencies.
Heather, joined by William Reeve, CEO of Goodlord and Alex Rhodes, MD of Greenhouse OS, explained why automation is now the default first option to consider for all estate agency business processes.
“It’s a misconception that tech and automation means reduced customer service, consumers now demand 24/7 experiences, and frankly you can only do that with tech.
I’d say to anybody in the room, if you’re not using modern technology thats driving significant automation in your business, the chances are that at least one of your competitors will be. Which fundamentally means you will need to employ more people, per transaction, than they will.”
While Stella, joined by Toby Howd of Pattinson Auctions, and Colby Short of Get Agent, shared how Spectre is helping agents to gain a disproportionately higher market share than their competitors and highlighted Spectre’s dedication to making agents’ lives easier with intuitive, results-oriented solutions:
