Improved detection of Lettings successes
The team upgraded our success detection system on the lettings side of Spectre - this, in turn, increased the number of successes we’re detecting for our clients by over 300%.
Since this change was applied retroactively, it’s now even easier for Spectre Lettings users to accurately calculate their RoI.
‘Add Additional Sectors’ feature is even easier to use
We updated the interface so the map on the Add Additional Sectors Page works without a hitch. Now, seeing which areas each postcode sector covers and which sectors have been selected is as easy as pie.
More ways to use Spectre Anniversaries
We’ve added three new triggers to Spectre Anniversaries. Agents can now send letters to a property several months before their two-year, three-year, and five-year moving anniversary.
These new triggers are ideal for contacting homeowners about remortgaging and driving more business opportunities, as well as reminding them that you’re always on hand to help. Just go to the content section of your Anniversaries settings to switch these new triggers on.
Estimated property value now preloaded into Property Reports
When you generate a property report within Spectre Sales, you’re now presented with the property’s value, as calculated by our AVM (Automated Valuation Model), before you generate the report. You can either choose to use this accurate estimate or update the figure using your own local market expertise.
Email reporting includes even more information
We’ve enhanced the reports sent in our emails so they include important information about Spectre’s Off Market Focus - one of our quickest-growing features. Your weekly usage report now lets you know how many Off Market Focus mailings you’ve sent out from each of your branches, so you can track how often your team is using this prospecting tool.
Integration with Street Insights
After the launch of Street Insights (the free-for-life platform that’s giving every agent access to fully branded, digital property reports and data), our in-house developers made sure Spectre was fully integrated to add even more value to users.
As well as getting automatically upgraded to the Insights Pro Plan (saving you £70/month/branch), Spectre customers can use Street Insights to take their prospecting and lead generation to the next level.
By connecting your Insights account to Spectre, 20:20 (or sold-in-your-area) postcards can be auto-populated with a photo of the sold property from Insights, without you needing to upload one manually.
Not only that but Insights also adds a unique QR code to your postcards that link to a detailed report of the property you sold. Recipients can then choose to generate a report on their own property, which is 100% trackable by agents and provides you with a stream of hot leads.
With six new, incredible features added to Spectre, we’ve spent this month refining our cutting-edge instruction generation tool so it works better for our clients - and we’re not stopping there. 2022 is just around the corner, and we’re ready to take Spectre into the new year, and into the future.
