Lead capture QR codes now available for all types of 20:20 postcards
Agents can now take our powerful integration with Street Insights even further by adding a QR code with intelligent lead capture onto any form of 20:20 postcard. Now, these QR codes don’t just link to a report about a sold property, but also to a lead capture form where recipients can generate a report on their own property. The integration has been made even easier for agents to use and set up, and the homeowner doesn’t have to go far to find out more information about their property. It’s a win-win for everyone involved.
Postcards… made easy
Making powerful postcards that capture leads and generate instructions isn’t an easy task - and while Spectre has all the tools you need to do this, we understand that sometimes agents may also need a helping hand. That’s why we’re working on a new postcard creation system that makes making postcards a walk in the park. Just keep an eye out for this incredible new feature, coming very very soon…
A new tech-savvy Spectre mainframe
We’re constantly developing our mainframe software, which includes keeping it as up to date as possible. So in the background of all our other new features, we’re also building a new version of Spectre… one with all the latest bells and whistles. This means whenever our team creates new pages, these pages will be able to do more than ever before. It’s just another way we’re taking Spectre into the future.
Small but mighty admin improvements
Sometimes the small changes are just as important as the big ones. To make sure our talented customer success managers can continue helping agents break records with Spectre, we implemented a few ‘quality of life’ improvements to our software; little things like speeding up the companies and accounts pages. We’re making the lives of our CS managers easier, so they can make yours easier too.
