After a nice, long four-day weekend, the talented team at Spectre is back with a vengeance with three impressive new updates to the system.
Add spreadsheets of properties onto your block list
We recently made it possible for agents to block properties from receiving Spectre mail so they could make their outreach even more targeted. In the last few weeks, our team has taken this to the next level by allowing agents to upload CSV files to their block list as well.
This means that if an agent has a long list of properties they want to block from receiving Spectre letters, they can upload the spreadsheet in one go. Not only does this help larger clients save time, but it’s also extremely useful for admins who don’t need to locate each property one by one.
New success page after setting up the Street integration
We’re very proud of Spectre’s integration with Street.co.uk. This integration seamlessly synchronises homeowner names from Street.co.uk - allowing users to personalise their prospecting campaigns and significantly boost their success rates...
Linking an agent’s Spectre account with this next-generation CRM is incredibly powerful - that’s why our development team has added a new success page when a user successfully links their two accounts. This page breaks down exactly what the Street.co.uk integration can do, and how it can make their prospecting strategy a force to be reckoned with.
New details about postcard mailers on our smart reports
Our Smart Reports are great for reviewing how Spectre is working for your agency; that’s why our team has spent time making sure the reports are as comprehensive as possible.
There is now a brand-new postcard column that lets the user know whether the mail received was either a letter or a postcard for on-market 20:20s, off-market 20:20s, one-off campaigns or off-market focus campaigns - great for maximising your marketing spend.
That’s it for now - but keep an eye out for even more updates from our incredible development team next time...
