Property information at your fingertips with our brand-new Property Page
Being able to quickly find a property in Spectre is important for agents looking to relay information to sellers. While there are lots of places within our software agents can locate property information, in order for agents to save time we’ve made it easier by creating a complete property page of details full of everything you need to know.
Our property page features:
- Key information about a property, such as the number of bedrooms, the property type, the address, the current listing status, and years since last sold. And the best thing? This is mostly new information for properties within Spectre that agents previously didn’t have access to before now…
- A single activity stream for each property including listing information (listing dates, reductions, withdrawals, sales, fall throughs, exchanges), and which letters have been sent to multiple listings. This makes it easy to see how an agent has interacted with a property, and allows them to spot when other agents are doing unusual things to their listings, such as portal juggling.
- Photos of the property including a location on the map as to where the property is based, for even more context for agents.
- Data around leasehold, the flood risk and the property size - more new information for on-market properties in both sales and lettings.
- A space for agents to add notes on the property, including not just on-market homes but off-market properties as well as lettings
- A link to Street Insights highlighting the value of the property. If you have the Spectre X Street Insights integration enabled in their account, the link will take them directly to a page where they can instantly generate a property report for the home.
Having all this information on one page makes it easy for agents to access everything they need to know about the property - with just a few clicks. All they have to do is search for the property through our ‘Property Search’ on the left-hand menu, and the rest as they say, is (property) history.
Stay tuned for our next set of development updates, coming at the start of the next month.
