The marketing grind ends now.

Discover a world where estate agency marketing is effortless and extraordinary.

We’re almost two months through the year - can you believe it? And just like how 2022 is flying by at the speed of light, our Spectre development team has been so busy updating our software that we have nine new changes to bring you on this latest development update!

Improved off-market filtering

Our development team has made a variety of changes to off-market filtering in both the 20:20s and Off Market Focus sections of Spectre. We’ve not only improved the layout of these pages and made the filters even simpler to use, but we've also streamlined how we display any missing data, so it’s now easier to navigate around our software.

…then updated on-market filtering

You heard correctly… we’ve also updated our on-market filters so agents can enter any price or time on market in order to refine which homeowners one-off letters are sent to.

More merge fields on postcards

Merge fields are essential for making your prospecting materials personal - they’re a guaranteed way to convert more leads. We’ve added the [[PROPERTY]] merge field to our postcards, meaning our software will automatically pull in the address when an agent generates a 20:20 (sold-in-your-area) postcard. Less work, more results.

Made generating letters even easier

Lots of small changes have been implemented that will make a big difference to our users. We’ve designed a new layout for the Generate Letter page, as well as updated the button design and added a tooltip for buying vendor details. Our team has also made the editing page more straightforward to use by moving the save button up the page, making the letterhead preview bigger, and shifting the text box further up the page.

Increased the number of letters agents can send

As well as improving the way agents generate letters, our developers have been busy increasing the number of letters they can send - this includes postcards as well. By altering the way our system internally exports these files, we’ve managed to substantially increase batch generation, so agents will soon be able to send more letters and postcards in one go.

Final touches added to the Reapit & Spectre integration

In our last development update, we let you know that we’d been busy improving our Reapit onboarding process. And guess what? We’re finally done making the final touches. Integrating your Spectre account with Reapit can now be started by someone outside our development team, meaning your dedicated CSM can start this process for you.

The developers have programmed the software so your Spectre account resyncs daily with Reapit - meaning your data is always up to date and ready to use. They’ve also added a widget to the dashboard to show agents how much data has been added to their account with the integration.

More details on how to use our Spectre & Insights integration

Our integration with Reapit isn’t the only integration we want to shout about; Spectre is now fully integrated with Street Insights, the brand-new platform offering FREE professional property reports on over 32 million UK addresses. And to show you how Insights can boost your agency, we’ve added helpful tips on how to make the most of the integration and simplified how to generate prospecting postcards.

When creating a postcard template, you can now choose between a fixed design postcard, and a variable image postcard (created using our integration with Insights). And for the icing on top of the cake, our developers have been working on a brand-new lead capture landing page that helps to build your database of homeowners and showcase your local expertise.

Upgraded our data capture infrastructure

Spectre is wholly reliant on data, and keeping it safe is at the top of our list of priorities. That’s why our talented development team has improved the infrastructure of our data capture to make our system security even better.

Smaller (but just as important) developments

As well as the incredible development updates above, our team implemented a variety of smaller (but just as crucial) improvements as well… perhaps the biggest 'smallest’ update is how they rebranded the platform and turned it purple to match the Spectre branding. Similarly, the team tidied up and renamed several items on the navigation menu. These two UI developments make Spectre easier to use, so agents can spend less time working out where everything is, and more time capturing leads.

We say the same each month, but our development team really has been busy! However, we wouldn’t change it for a thing - after all, there’s a reason we’re still the UK’s leading generation tool.
