With February finally here, we thought it was about time we looked back over the first month of the year - including all the updates implemented by our talented development team.
No more manual uploads to send Anniversaries letters
We’ve spent the last two weeks making some incredible changes to our groundbreaking Anniversaries feature. Not only have we completely redesigned the Anniversaries dashboard and the upcoming letters page so it’s even easier to send letters and increase your RoI, but we’ve made improvements to the sign-up process. Agents can now send Anniversaries letters without uploading data - instead, Spectre will do it all automatically for you. If an agent has sold a property in Spectre, our software will check the land registry to confirm the sale price before loading it into the account. Agents don’t have to do anything at all.
The changes to our Anniversaries feature are currently in the final stages, so keep an eye out for the changes coming this week…
Improvements to Reapit X Spectre integration onboarding and usage
Spectre’s integration with Reapit is one of our most successful developments to date. However, onboarding onto the platform has always been a little too complicated for a software as slick as ours. Luckily, our development team has been working hard to make this process as simple as possible. We can now onboard clients onto Reapit with little-to-no help from developers, and we’ve already started speeding through all the agent onboarding queue.
More help for setting up Street Insights
We’ve seen first-hand how much Street Insights (the newly-launched platform offering unrivalled property data and digital reports FREE for life) can transform an agency. That’s why our developers wanted to give a helping hand to agents wanting to set themselves up on the platform - including Insights PRO, the premium package available for free with a Spectre subscription. We’ve now added explainers on Variable and Fixed postcards, including what they are, and how agents can use them to take their agency to the next level.
Better bug reporting
Our developers have really knuckled down on system maintenance these last few weeks. As well as fixing a number of bugs that came onto the software, we’ve also improved our reporting process, so it’s now even easier to log an issue.
With four fantastic updates in January, it’s safe to say 2022 is shaping up to be a great year for Spectre - and of course, for our agents. Stay tuned for our next development blog to find out what’s next for the UK’s leading instruction generation tool.
