In addition to the full property address we share the advertised monthly rental cost, estimated tenancy renewal dates and current and previous lettings agents.
You can then add landlord details and automate communication with competitors' landlords at times they will most want to hear from you, such as prior to upcoming tenancy renewals or when their property remains un-let.
Landlord details can be added from your own database if you have had previous communication with the landlord, or instantly purchased and uploaded to your Spectre Lettings account via a direct integration to the Land Registry. And, from £2.94 per Title Deed, via Spectre’s Land Registry integration, it’s the UK’s cheapest - saving agents money as well as time whilst winning new lettings instructions.
