Wilson Estate Agents is a fourth-generation family business based in Bolsover, Derbyshire, serving clients near Chesterfield and surrounding areas. Led by Jack Wilson, who recently took full ownership following his father's retirement in November 2023, the agency has grown significantly in the past year.
With nine staff members including professional photographers, valuers, viewing representatives, and lettings specialists, Wilson Estate Agents offers comprehensive residential sales services and has recently expanded into new home developments. The agency currently manages over 300 properties after acquiring another business last year.
The Challenge
